HARRY L.FRASER  1889-1974

Amerikalı Yönetmen. 1920-1950 arasında 80 den fazla film yönetti.Küçük bütçeli B tipi filmler yapmasıyla tanınır.1910’larda Slapstick komedilerde oynadı.Universal ile sözleşme yaparak B tipi Western filmleri çekti. 1934’’Randy Rides Alone’’ ve 1934 ‘’Neath the Arizone Skies’’ westernlerde John Wayne oynadı. Jungle ormanlarında geçen macera filmleri yaptı . (15 bölüm tekmili birden) modasına uygun  Batman,Spiderman ve Captain America, gibi comic book karakterlerinden seri filmler yaptı.Toplamda 77 senaryo yazdı, 84 film yönetti.

Columbia Pictures’un yaptığı ilk seri film. Her biri 20 dakikalık 15 bölümden oluşur. Her bölüm aksiyon doludur.Asya’da Bengal körfezinde bir jungle ormanında konu geçer. 1946 yılında yeniden urgulanarak Jungle Terror adında 70 dakikalık film yapıldı.
